Clickers Improve EBD Students Response in Class
April 3, 2009
Erika Blood, from Northern Illinois University, reported her research at the CEC Conference. She gave high school students ‘clickers’ to increase their response rate in a history class.
Results showed that student response rate was greater when they used clickers then when the teacher asked questions on days when clickers were not used. She also looked at on-task behavior, academic scores and a host of other measures.
